FlexFMX is offered with a 14-day free trial period. During this period, users are encouraged to fully evaluate the software before making a purchase.

The trial provides full access to functionality as specified at the time of download.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final once a license has been issued.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after purchase, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use or integrate the software
Compatibility expectations not met outside documented requirements
Accidental purchase

4. Trial Encouragement

Users are strongly encouraged to use the full 14-day trial period to ensure compatibility, suitability, and integration with their development environment before purchasing a license.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate termination of the license and revocation of access to updates and future support.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of GK Consulting Ltd, such as duplicate billing or verified technical purchase errors and may be at a pro-rata rate.
